The procedure for registration is as follows:
- Read, understand, and agree with the policies and procedures in the information guide.
- Complete the registration package. (Please drop in or contact us and request that a registration package be sent to you)
- Make an appointment for an interview. (The interview team consists of the administrator and or a teacher or society board member)
- Upon verbal notification of acceptance written confirmation will be received upon the receipt of your deposit. (The tuition deposit is applied to the tuition payment for the month of June and is only refunded if the school doesn't have room for a student)
SCHEDULE OF SCHOOL FEES FOR 2007-2008
Student Christian Education Fee:
- ECS $90 per student
- Grades 1 - 9 $90 per student
Student Christian Education Fee payable at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered unless the Student Christian Education Fee is enclosed. The Student Christian Education Fee will be refunded ONLY if the student is not accepted to Brant Christian School.
Society Fee:
- ECS No charge
- Grades 1 - 9 $50 per family
Busing Fee:
- ECS No charge
- Grades 1 - 12 $1595 for one student, $2825 for two+ students (Family Maximum)
Textbook Rental Fees:
- Grades 7-9 $59/student
- Grades 10-12 $175/student
Gym Strip Fee:
- $30 per student (students in Grade 5-9 are required to wear gym strip for Physical Education. They will be ordered the first day of school with payment to be made during the first week of school)
Payment options:
- Pay fees in full by July 1st, 2007 and the application processing fees will be deducted. (Must register by May 15th)
- 10 post-dated cheques beginning July 1st, 2007, dated for the 1st of each month.
- 12 post-dated cheques beginning July 1st, 2007, dated for the 1st of each month.
